I recently had the pleasure of staying at Blue Wave House in Koh Tao and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of care and hospitality shown by the family running the establishment. The spacious and modern rooms were not only clean but also provided complimentary snacks in the common area, along with a delightful spread of tea, coffee, toast, and fruits each morning-truly a thoughtful touch that made me feel at home. The location, near the pier and the beach, as well as restaurants and grocery stores, was ideal for exploring the island. The staff's kindness shone through in their willingness to accommodate an earlier check-in and going above and beyond by promptly returning a lost item to me in Bangkok at no extra charge, showcasing their exceptional customer service. The provision of daily water in the room, complimentary coffee, toast, and fruit in the mornings, and the availability of beach towels and snorkeling supplies for borrowing further exemplified the attention to detail and care taken to ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable experience.
